Tasting
The wine is brilliant, with a deep garnet-red, slightly coppery color. The strong personality of this exceptional cuvée is already apparent on the nose, with its power, nobility and complexity. It's a lovely marriage of savory grapes and oak barrels, with a procession of aromas combining morello cherry and iodine, toast with a hint of vanilla, and also fresh fig, Agen prune, nutmeg, mint and clove.

5 to 10 years or more.

Maccabeu, Grenache blanc, Vermentino.
tasting
Attractive pale, almost transparent color with green highlights. Very expressive nose, very fresh, balsamic (lavender flower), finely toasted, exotic (bergamot, fresh pineapple). Unctuous on the palate, bouncing with vivacity. Long white peach finish.
